These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Livesportsontv.com mobile application (the “App”), the Livesportsontv.com website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Ronin Venture (“Ronin Venture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users in the United States.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use features that require registration (including favorites, personalized send-outs, notifications, and syncing settings across devices). If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and to enter into these Terms.

We do not knowingly allow account creation by, or collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us.

3. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice (for example, via the App or by posting updated Terms). The “Effective Date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Purpose

Creating an account may allow you to use features such as:

  • saving favorites
  • receiving personalized send-outs and notifications
  • transferring and syncing settings across devices

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information (where applicable)
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.3 Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe:

  • you violated these Terms
  • your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully
  • your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others

5. License and Acceptable Use

5.1 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • scrape, harvest, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access or extract data from the Service without our written permission
  • interfere with the Service’s operation or security, including by attempting to bypass access controls
  • use the Service to violate any law or regulation
  • use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property rights)

6. Sports Listings and Availability Disclaimer

Livesportsontv.com provides TV and streaming listings, schedules, and availability information for sporting events for informational purposes.

Broadcast and streaming availability can change due to rights restrictions, regional blackouts, schedule changes, provider decisions, or other factors outside of our control. While we work to keep listings accurate and current, we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate, or available at the time you attempt to watch.

You are responsible for verifying availability with the relevant broadcaster or streaming provider.

7. Third-Party Services, Links, and Affiliates

The Service may include links to third-party websites, apps, and services (including broadcasters, streaming services, and affiliates). These third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies, or practices.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click and sign up or make a purchase. This helps support the Service.

8. Advertising and Sponsored Content

The Service may display advertising, sponsored placements, or paid promotions. We are not responsible for the products or services offered by advertisers or sponsors. Any interactions you have with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

9. Premium Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly)

9.1 Premium Features

We may offer optional paid subscriptions (“Premium”) that unlock additional features in the App. Premium features may change over time.

9.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • subscriptions typically auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

9.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel Premium in your device’s subscription settings (App Store / Google Play). Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

9.4 Trials and Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, it will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

9.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Where required, notice and/or consent will be handled through the applicable app store.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, compilation of listings, features, and functionality, is owned by Ronin Venture or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Livesportsontv.com and related marks are trademarks of Ronin Venture. Third-party trademarks (e.g., networks, leagues, teams, streaming services) are the property of their respective owners.

11. Copyright Policy (DMCA Notice – U.S.)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

12. App Store Platform Terms (Apple and Google)

If you download the App from Apple’s App Store or Google Play:

  • Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service
  • your use must comply with the applicable store terms and policies
  • to the extent permitted by law, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms for iOS users and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings will be accurate at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONIN VENTURE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ronin Venture and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (U.S.)

Important: This section affects your rights. It includes arbitration and a class action waiver.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at contact@livesportsontv.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Ronin Venture agree that any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as set out below.

16.3 Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief for unauthorized access or misuse of intellectual property.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND RONIN VENTURE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing contact@livesportsontv.com with your name and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent U.S. federal law applies.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
