The Grizzlies struggled in Vancouver never winning more than 23 games in a single season. The franchise finally experienced its first winning season in 2003-04 in Memphis. The Grizzlies lost in the first round of the playoffs to San Antonio. Memphis has made the playoffs 10 times. They have advanced to the conference finals just once in 2012-13. Gasol is second on the Grizzlies all-time scoring list (11,684) and the leader in rebounds (5,942) and blocked shots (1,135). Zach Randolph played nine of his 19-year NBA career in Memphis. He was a two-time NBA All-Star and is third on the Grizzlies all-time scoring list (9,261). Randolph is also second in rebounds (5,612). Randolph finished his career with averages of 16.6 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
