Portland Trail Blazers Schedule
Portland Trail Blazers
Dame’s return to Portland may be more sentimental than tactical, but it marks a fresh chapter in Rip City. While Damian Lillard won’t suit up this season, the addition of Jrue Holiday brings leadership to a young, promising core featuring Shaedon Sharpe, Deni Avdija, and standout rookie Donovan Clingan. The Trail Blazers are building something exciting out West and this guide will help you catch every moment, whether you're watching on cable or streaming every game online.
What Channel is the Portland Trail Blazers Game on Tonight?
Nationally televised Trail Blazers games will air on ESPN, NBC, or ABC, depending on the matchup. The exact network changes game by game, so it’s always smart to check before tipoff.
Fans across the Cascadia region can catch games free over the air via KUNP in Portland and other KATU affiliates throughout Oregon and Washington. These channels are also accessible on cable through Comcast, Frontier, DirecTV, and Spectrum.
If you're tuning in from outside the Pacific Northwest, make sure to stay updated with regional broadcasts and national listings by checking how to catch every NBA game on TV.

Home of the Trail Blazers
Prior to 1995, Portland played at the Memorial Coliseum. In 1995, the Trail Blazers moved into the Moda Center where they continue to play. The Moda Center sits right next to the renamed Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The Moda Center seats 19,393 fans for Trail Blazers’ home games.
History of the Trail Blazer
The Trail Blazers have a long history of success. It began in 1976-77 when they made the playoffs for the first time and ended up winning the franchise’s only NBA title. Portland has won three conference championships (1977, 1990, and 1992). The Trail Blazers have won division titles six times (1978, 1991, 1992, 1999, 2015, and 2018). They won four Pacific Division crowns and two Northwest Division – where they currently reside – titles.
Portland has had a number of outstanding players including Clyde Drexler, the franchise’s all-time leading scorer (18,040 points). Drexler was a first-round NBA draft pick in 1983. He would be selected to the NBA All-Star Game 10 times, eight while with Portland. He made the All-NBA First, Second, or Third Team in five different seasons. Drexler was inducted into the College and Pro Basketball Halls of Fame and was a member of the 1992 men’s Olympic “Dream Team” that won a gold medal. Damian Lillard is second on the Trail Blazers all-time scoring list with 13,681 points and counting. He was the sixth overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft and won the 2013 NBA Rookie of the Year, one of four Portland players to win the award. Lillard has been to five All-Star games and has made an All-NBA team four times. He is third on the all-time assists list (3,479) and first in 3-pointers made (1,269). Geoff Petrie was the eighth overall pick in the 1970 NBA draft and, like Lillard, was the NBA Rookie of the Year in 1971 after averaging 24.8 points per game. Petrie would become a two-time NBA All-Star and is still eighth on Portland’s all-time scoring list (9,732 points). A knee injury ended his career after just six seasons. Bill Walton played just six seasons in Portland, but he was an integral part of the 1977 NBA championship. Walton was the first pick in the 1974 NBA draft. He won the 1975 Rookie of the Year and was a two-time All-Star selection. In 1978, Walton averaged 18.9 points, 13.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.5 block shots per game and was named the NBA MVP.
