NHL 2020/21 season so far

The season began in January and as of today the teams have played roughly half of the regular season. Some teams have impressed more than others and even though there’s still a long way to go until the Playoffs, we dare to make some predictions on what to come.

The Tampa Bay Lightnings have opened the season stronger than most other teams. After 21 games played they’ve managed to pick up 33 points which puts them top of the Central Division. Steven Stamkos and Victor Hedman have proved to be a successful duo as they have created 42 points so far.

Another team that have been hitting the ground early is the Toronto Maple Leafs. 38 points after 25 games is their record so far and both Mitchell Marner and Auston Matthews are in the top of the scoring board.

It’s a tight race in all of the divisions and it’s going to be a thrilling second half of the regular season. Four teams from each division will qualify for the Playoffs in May. Expect some real battles out on the ice as we get closer to the final rounds. Don’t miss out on any NHL action and use Livesportsontv.com as your guide to ice hockey live on TV or Live Stream.
