The feature is available around major European competitions, and FanDuel also has the player markets needed to make those combinations more interesting than simply pairing a match winner with Over 2.5 goals.
I wouldn’t automatically use FanDuel for a standard Premier League moneyline; I’d take whichever licensed sportsbook has the better price. For SGPs, however, it would be one of the first apps I’d open.

That matters in soccer. If you’ve taken a striker Over 2.5 shots and he goes off injured after 17 minutes, his afternoon is over even though the original read on the matchup may have been perfectly reasonable.
There’s good variety behind that feature too. Depending on the fixture, Fanatics can offer player markets covering shots, shots on target, assists, passes and tackles. For anyone who increasingly bets the players rather than simply the score, Fanatics deserves a closer look.
Caesars – Soccer Betting With Caesars Rewards
Caesars doesn’t need an unusual soccer market to make its case. It covers the major competitions and gives you the match, player and live markets expected from a large US sportsbook. Its real point of difference sits outside the pitch.
Eligible sportsbook activity connects with Caesars Rewards, which makes Caesars more attractive if you’re already collecting Tier Credits and Reward Credits elsewhere in the Caesars ecosystem.
If I’m simply betting Over 2.5 goals, I’d compare the price against the other books rather than automatically choosing Caesars. If I’m already a regular Caesars customer, keeping my soccer betting there has an additional benefit that the same wager elsewhere may not provide.
BetRivers – Worth Checking for Traditional Soccer Markets
BetRivers is worth having in the mix if most of your soccer bets are on the match result, goal totals and other traditional markets.

What Makes a Good Soccer Betting App?
Soccer can get messy in a betting app. On a busy Saturday there may be dozens of games available at once, followed by MLS later in the day. Champions League nights create a different problem, with several matches kicking off at exactly the same time.

Soccer Betting Beyond the Biggest Games
Almost every major betting site looks good when you open a big Premier League or Champions League game. The differences become clearer when you move away from the headline fixtures.
A major game might have player shots, corners, cards and Same Game Parlays, while a lower-profile Serie A, Bundesliga or MLS match may only have the 1X2, handicap and goal total. That’s why we don’t judge soccer coverage by the number of leagues listed in the app.
Instead, we check how much of that coverage remains across an ordinary weekend. If you mainly bet MLS, Liga MX or European soccer outside the biggest clubs, that can matter far more than how many markets a sportsbook offers on Liverpool vs Manchester City.

Look Beyond Win, Draw or Lose
Two sportsbooks can both cover the same match but give you very different ways to bet on it. One might stop at the 1X2, goal total and BTTS, while another adds Draw No Bet, Asian Handicaps, corners, cards, player shots and Same Game Parlays.
That matters when the standard match odds don’t quite fit your view. If I think Inter Miami will be the better team but want protection against a draw, I’ll look for Draw No Bet. If I expect an open game without having a strong view on the winner, BTTS or the goal total may be more useful.
This is why we look at the range of markets available rather than simply whether a sportsbook lists the match. The deeper the selection, the easier it is to find a line that actually matches how you expect the game to play out.
For the biggest fixtures, I’d expect to find a good selection across most of that list. It’s the ordinary league games that reveal how deep the sportsbook really is.
Are Soccer Betting Sites Legal in the US?
Soccer betting is legal in many US states, but there is no single set of rules for the whole country. Sports betting is regulated state by state, so where you’re physically located determines which betting sites you can use and, in some cases, what you can bet on.
In a regulated state such as New Jersey, you can bet online on professional competitions such as MLS, the Premier League and Champions League. California and Texas, on the other hand, still don’t have regulated online sports betting.
How Soccer Betting Rules Differ Between States
Most of the bigger differences for soccer involve college betting rather than professional leagues.
New Jersey prohibits betting on New Jersey college teams and on collegiate events taking place in the state, subject to tournament exceptions. Massachusetts generally prohibits betting on Massachusetts college teams outside collegiate tournaments and doesn’t allow individual college player props. Ohio allows college sports betting but prohibits proposition bets based on an individual NCAA athlete’s performance.
These restrictions don’t generally apply to professional soccer. In states with legal sports betting, competitions such as MLS, Premier League, Champions League and La Liga can normally be offered by licensed sportsbooks.
The other major difference is which sportsbooks are available. A betting site that’s licensed in New Jersey may not operate in another state, so you need to be physically located in a state where that sportsbook is authorized when placing your bet.
