NFL Games This Week | Week 14

Another week, another huge number of big clashes in the NFL. Week 13 provided some of the most tense and dramatic finishes in the NFL, and this week promises to be even greater.

Thursday Night Football

On Thursday Night Football, the 5-7 Las Vegas Raiders take on the 3-9 Los Angeles Rams in the battle to reclaim some form and hopefully sneak into a playoff place, although in the Rams’ case that is extremely unlikely. This is a damning fact for last year’s Super Bowl champions, and the Raiders are hoping to use this negative atmosphere in the squad to claim a win of their own to boost their playoff hopes.

Sunday Night Football

Then, on Sunday Night Football, the high-flying Miami Dolphins (8-4) take on the stagnating Los Angeles Chargers (6-6) in the hopes of getting back on track and hunting down the faltering Buffalo Bills in the competitive AFC East. The Chargers have been inconsistent all season long, and the combination of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and wide receiver Tyreek Hill should pose a potent threat to Los Angeles’s defense.

Elsewhere on Sunday, the 10-1 Philadelphia Eagles face a New York Giants side that are 7-4 this season, and quarterback Daniel Jones will be a tricky problem to face for the strong Eagles defense, having had one of his best seasons to date so far this year. Also, the New York Jets (7-5) face the 9-3 Buffalo Bills in the hopes of boosting their own playoff hopes against a Bills side that don’t look as strong as they did earlier in the season.

Monday Night Football

Finally, on Monday Night Football, Bill Belichik’s New England Patriots (6-6) take on an Arizona Cardinals side that are only 4-8 this season and at risk of dropping even further down the NFC West. Quarterback Kyler Murray has not performed well this season at all, and the Patriots’s defense will be looking forward to this matchup all week.
