2/5 Nashville SC – Inter Miami

Watch it live on ESPN Deportes, TSN3, TSN4

Two second half turnarounds have given Nashville SC two points in the opening rounds of the MLS. The team has managed to fire off more shots than any other team but has on the other hand conceded too many clear-cut chances. On Sunday they face a strong Inter Miami side led by the former Manchester United player Phil Neville. Inter Miami lost the opening game of the season against LA Galaxy but managed to pick up a solid victory in their previous game against the Union, 2-1. Gonzalo Higuain has showed good form so far and if Inter Miami can get the Argentinian going, he’s on another level compared to most other MLS players. This game has potential to be an entertaining one where the offensive lines outshine the defenses.

2/5 Seattle Sounders – Los Angeles Galaxy

Watch it live on Fox Deportes, Fox Sports 1, Fox Sports GO, DAZN Canada

Seattle Sounders has proved an impressive consistency over the last couple of seasons. The Sounders are always fighting for the MLS Cup and can be found in the later stages of the knock-phases season after season. They trashed Minnesota United in the season opener by 4-0 and followed it up by a 1-1 draw against this season’s MLS Cup favorites Los Angeles FC. Now the time has come to face another LA team as they welcome LA Galaxy to Lumen Field. LA Galaxy has also opened the season good by defeating both New York Red Bulls and Inter Miami. Potential top fight this between two teams who’re serious contenders for the MLS Cup trophy. Will Sunday’s game give us an early hint on who’s going to finish in top?

2/5 Vancouver Whitecaps – Colorado Rapids

Watch it live on TSN3, ALTITUDE, ESPN+, TSN1

Sunday’s last game is the one at the Rio Tinto Stadium where Vancouver Whitecaps takes on Colorado Rapids. Vancouver Whitecaps has four points so far after a draw against Toronto FC and a close win against Portland Timbers. Another win for the Whitecaps here would give them a close to perfect start of the season, though Colorado Rapids won’t be an easy task. The Rapids has only managed to pick up one point so far and can’t be too satisfied with the opening rounds. Tough game to predict this between two teams who’re hoping to make it to the knockout stages later on.
